KCIL is running a free series of PA/carer training workshops, thanks to funding from Skills for Care. The free training will be available to:
People who are employing PAs who are receiving Direct Payments from adult social care or a personal health budget.
People who are employing PAs using their own funds (self-funders).
Employed PAs.
People who are about to become an individual employer and employ PAs.
People who are about to become PAs, providing that they will be directly employed (not self-employed).
