Kingston Centre for Independent Living (KCIL) is a user-led disability charity based in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.

We are a non-profit that aims to meet the needs of disabled people in the local area and beyond. We represent and support the full equality and inclusion of disabled people.
