Kingston Council is currently reviewing the service that supports the recruitment of Personal Assistants (PAs). Our aim is to make the service better, clearer, and easier to use for everyone involved – both for PAs and for people seeking support.
As part of this work, we are holding a series of focus groups. This particular session is exclusively for Personal Assistants, as we want to provide a dedicated and safe space to hear your specific experiences and feedback. The session will be informal and discussion-based, giving you the opportunity to share your views and help shape the future of the service.
