New free Personal Assistant/Carer and Individual Employer training dates for October and November 2025, in Kingston, New Malden, Croydon, and new for KCIL this Autumn, online.

Open to PAs, carers, unpaid carers, people thinking about becoming PAs and people employing or thinking about employing PAs, the free training gives you a boost to a rewarding career.

Certification requirement

To receive your certificate, you will complete a short test paper after the training. If completing the training online, complete the test paper and return it by email to the trainer.

Our First Aid and Manual Handling training includes a free light lunch and the chance to chat with other people attending the course. The KCIL team will be on hand to give advice on the latest job opportunities, or if you’re a PA employer, further available training and support.

Note: As our PA training courses cover a lot of material, you will not qualify for a training certificate if you’re more than 20 minutes late, so we would not be able to admit you to the training. We will let you know the precise location of the training on confirmation of a place on the course; we recommend planning your journey in advance.
