Do you currently employ a Personal Assistant? We would love to hear about your experiences and invite you to join Kingston Council’s Adult Social Care Team for a welcoming focus group discussion.

Why Attend? Your voice is vital. This session is an opportunity for you to share what works well for you, what doesn’t, and how we can improve our support for you and others in the future. While we cannot address individual casework during this session, your feedback will directly help shape the Personal Assistant Service review for Kingston.
The session will be led by members of the Adult Social Care Commissioning Team. Before coming, we invite you to think about your journey to getting a Personal Assistant and how well your current support is working for you.
Accessibility & Travel: We want to ensure everyone can take part. If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know in advance by emailing at adults.engagement@kingston.gov.uk. Some people can be paid back for their local travel costs. Please keep your receipts.
