Do you, or someone you know, use QR Code or Navigation apps like Navilens? We’re looking to gather feedback and user experience from users with Visual Impairments who have used Navilens or similar apps to get around the borough.
We are looking for the following information:
· Name of app used
· Difficulty in setting up/Learning curves involved
· Ease of day-to-day use
· Experiences using it to navigate the town centre and other outdoor spaces
· Experiences using it to indoor spaces
· Experiences using it to scan information, such as in stores or museums.
· Would you recommend your chosen app?
