While KCIL’s PA and Individual Employer training courses are on their summer break, did you know that if you employ PAs through your own money, adult social care payments or a Personal Health Budget, you can apply for the Skills for Care Individual Employer Fund? You can apply for funding for training to cover your skills as an employer, direct costs of completing training/qualifications, hiring replacement support whilst your usual PA is attending training courses and travel. You can apply for up to five training courses per person, and once completed, you can apply for more.
