🚰 Water supply disruption – Monday 28 September
A burst water main in West Molesey has caused low pressure or no water in parts of Kingston and surrounding areas. Engineers are working to restore supplies.
For disabled people and anyone who relies on water for medical or care needs, losing water can be particularly difficult.
💧 Have you joined Thames Water’s FREE Priority Services Register?
It offers extra support for people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, mobility difficulties and other support needs. Older people with additional needs and households with children under five may also benefit.
Support can include accessible communications, a trusted emergency contact and bottled water deliveries if you cannot leave home and need water for medical reasons.

☎️ You can also call 0800 009 3652. A family member, friend or carer can help you register.
Registering now may not mean support is in place for today’s disruption, but it can help Thames Water understand your needs for future incidents. If you need help today, call and explain your situation rather than waiting for registration to be processed.
