KCIL Accessibility Survey

KCIL is interested in learning about your experiences around accessibility in southwest London.

An accessibility issue arises any time you are prevented from fully engaging with something due to your impairment(s), whatever they may be. These can range from a lack of wheelchair accessible spaces, reading materials not being available in large-print or braille options, to staff not being trained on how to interact with those with mental or cognitive impairments.

We want to hear about how accessibility can be improved in southwest London and about the places in southwest London that are already doing it well. Let’s work together to improve accessibility and celebrate the people and places already leading the way.

KCIL is expanding its Report an Access Issue service with funding from NHS South West London Integrated Care Board. To ensure we’re targeting the right areas, we need your help. We’re also looking to survey people’s experience of accessibility as a whole. Your answers to the questions in our survey will help us monitor our progress.

If you would like the survey in a different format or would like to contact KCIL’s Access Team, please call 020 8546 9603 or email [email protected]
