KCIL Case Study – School Run Support

A young girl on the way to school holding a woman's hand

KCIL’s PA Recruitment Service recently supported a south-west London mum to find a PA to support her in taking her child to school, support with food preparation, and taking her child to after-school activities.

We had lovely feedback about our Direct Payment team members Aggie and Lauren from the mum after successfully finding her a PA to provide support –

"I had a brain injury over a year ago and I was so lucky to have Aggie and Lauren help me and to find a PA. I really felt so supported at a really difficult time in my life and they made the process so easy for me as well as being unbelievably kind and helpful. I can not believe how quick Aggie found me help, she really worked her magic! Even after finding help for me they have continued to offer any help they can, over and above what is expected of them, nothing is to much.  Aggie has such a warm heart and has helped to signpost me to other people and gone out of her way to help me do tasks which I can not do. For example bringing documents to my house, helping me to fill them in, taking her time to explain things and will go over it as many times as I need with my brain injury. I know I can ask them anything. I will always remember the lovely care they both have given me and can never thank them enough. They really are outstanding."
