Personal Assistant/Companion (ref: SPA-HBI)

We are looking for a PA to help support a 26 year old gentleman with meal prep, cooking, going to the gym. 

Sharing common interests, such as football and Xbox would be great. A driving license and a car would be desirable.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is qualified and experienced in working with autistic people. A good sense of humor would be a bonus.

Personal Assistant/Driver (ref: SPA-TZI)

We are urgently looking for a reliable and punctual Personal Assistant to support a family in Sutton.

The main responsibility is to drop off and collect a child from Brookfield Primary School each weekday. The child needs to arrive at school by 8:40 AM, with pick-up at 3:10 PM. The school run will total around 10 hours per week—one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon, Monday to Friday.

In addition to school transport, the role includes 7 hours per week of light household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and basic cleaning.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Trustworthy and good with children

  • Punctual and dependable

  • In possession of a full driving licence with access to a car

PA/Companion/Driver (ref: SPA-OSI)

Monday: 9am-9:30am and 3pm-3:30pm
Tuesday: 11:30am-5pm
Wednesday: 9am-9:30am and 3pm-3:30pm
Thursday: 9am-9:30am and 3:30pm-4pm
Friday: 9:30am-10am and 3pm-3:30pm
Saturday: – twice a month – 10am -5pm
 
We are looking for a kind, reliable and enthusiastic PA to support a 21-year-old young woman in living an active life. The role involves travelling with her to a variety of weekly activities such as Mencap, Nickel Support and horse riding, as well as other fun outings including trampolining, bowling and crazy golf. She loves being outdoors, so the PA will also accompany her on walks and days out to places like Nonsuch Park, Richmond Park, Oak Park and local farms.
A key part of the role will be helping her develop her communication, reading and writing skills, supporting her in a patient and encouraging way. The PA will also provide gentle assistance with personal care, including showering twice a week, while encouraging her growing independence in this area. Support will also be needed with simple meal preparation such as breakfast and lunch, though the role does not involve cooking.
We are looking for someone who has experience in supporting young adults with Down Syndrome and autism, or significant experience in working with young people with learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will be warm, understanding, and committed to helping her build confidence and independence in daily life. As travel is an essential part of the role, the PA will need to have their own car and be able to drive to and from activities.

Support Worker /PA/Driver, (ref: SPA-JAF)

A caring and reliable PA is required to support a 26-year-old woman living in Sutton. The role is suited to someone patient, understanding and experienced in supporting people with additional needs.
SPA-JAF has mobility issues following a fractured tibia sustained over a year ago. She also has a language delay and developmental difficulties identified as SWAN (Syndrome Without A Name). This condition affects all aspects of her development, including her cognitive, motor, self-help and social skills. The successful applicant will need to be confident supporting someone with complex additional needs and able to provide encouragement, reassurance and practical assistance in a calm and respectful manner.
The role involves drop-off and pick-up support on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Nickel Support in Cheam and Carshalton. Applicants must have their own car and a full driving licence.

Support Worker/PA, (ref: SPA-ZTR)

We are seeking a kind, reliable, and proactive female PA to provide support to a 38-year-old lady living in Sutton. She has ADHD and anxiety, and requires 5 hours of support per week to help her maintain structure, build independence, and engage positively with daily life.
SPA-ZTR works part-time and she would benefits from light supervision, encouragement, and practical support. Around two hours per week will be focused on administrative tasks such as help with paperwork, managing her diary and calendar, and support with organising and attending appointments. A further hour per week will involve gentle, respectful encouragement around self-care such as showering, alongside help with maintaining her living space and kind, reassuring support to prioritise tasks and establish routines that feel manageable and positive for her.
The remaining two hours per week will be dedicated to supporting independence and community engagement. This may include accompanying and encouraging SPA-ZTR to access local facilities such as the gym or a café, promoting social interaction, and supporting a healthy and active lifestyle. One of the main aspects of this role is to stimulate motivation, confidence, and meaningful engagement within the community while supporting her to become more independent.
We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and encouraging, with a calm and positive approach. You should be organised, reliable, and comfortable supporting someone with mental health needs. Previous experience in care or support work would be beneficial but is not essential, as attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help make a difference are most important.

Highly skilled PA/Support Worker/Companion, (ref: SPA-CST)

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled PA / Support Worker to support a 25-year-old autistic man (SPA-CST). This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, proactive, reliable, and confident in supporting autistic adults with varying support needs.
The successful candidate will support SPA-CST with community access, social and general activities, and provide assistance during work experience placements, including support at a garden centre. The role also requires someone who can take initiative and actively help identify and develop new work experience opportunities in settings such as charities, retail shops, kitchens, cafés, and other suitable community placements. The PA will encourage independence, confidence, communication, and meaningful participation in everyday activities while providing consistent, person-centred support.
Some evening/weekend assistance occasionally needed.
We are only looking for applicants who have previous professional experience supporting autistic individuals and who have a strong understanding of autism and person-centred support. The successful candidate must be confident working independently, able to use initiative, organised, calm, flexible, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for supporting autistic adults to develop independence and access meaningful opportunities is essential.
It is important that the candidate is local to Sutton and has good knowledge of the local area and a car driver with insurance approved for business use.
