We are looking for a kind, caring and reliable PA to support CRO-AFI, a 20-year-old young man living in New Addington. The role involves collecting CRO-AFI from home, accompanying him to his weekday activities, supporting him while he takes part, and ensuring he returns home safely afterwards.

CRO-AFI attends a range of activities throughout the week, including Whitehorse Resource Centre, CALAT courses, a work placement at Purley Food Bank and community activities such as shopping. The successful candidate will provide practical support, encouragement and companionship, helping CRO-AFI to access his local community and enjoy his activities with confidence.

We are looking for someone who is patient, dependable and able to build a positive working relationship with CRO-AFI. Previous experience supporting people with learning difficulties or disabilities would be highly desirable, although we would also welcome applications from individuals with the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
