KCIL is seeking a warm, friendly, and reliable PA to support a 57-year-old woman in her daily life. The role involves escorting her to and from the day centre (near Croydon) and providing support while she is there, as well as enjoying simple and meaningful activities together such as going to the park and shopping. Personal care tasks will also form part of the role, carried out with dignity and respect. The main working days will be Monday and Friday, with an additional day to be agreed with the family. While some previous experience in care would be an advantage, it is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right person. Most important is a genuine willingness to learn, a caring nature, and a commitment to making a positive difference in someone’s life.

A caring and reliable Female PA is required to support a friendly 25-year-old lady living in Wallington who experiences both physical and mental health difficulties. This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, encouraging and able to provide both practical and emotional support in a respectful and understanding way.
The role involves helping SPA-MDO to maintain a clean, safe and habitable home environment, supporting her to access the local community including shops, the post office, support groups and attending appointments when required. Support will also include encouraging healthy eating habits and assisting with meals where needed, alongside providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support to help build confidence and independence.
Flexibility and a positive attitude are important, along with good communication skills and an understanding of mental health needs. A driver is desirable but not essential depending on location and access to transport.
