We are looking for a caring and reliable PA to support a 60-year-old woman living in Surbiton. This part-time morning role would suit someone looking for flexible hours, particularly a parent with school-age children, as it starts after the morning school run.
The PA’s primary responsibility will be to assist the client with her morning routine, including supervision and gentle support during showering, help with drying off, and dressing. Afterward, the PA will prepare a simple breakfast and a cup of tea.
Another part of the role involves offering encouragement and hands-on help with tidying and light decluttering. This will be approached gradually to help the client feel more comfortable in her home.
The client is a cat lover and shares her home with three friendly felines, so the ideal candidate must be pet-friendly and comfortable working in a home with animals.

We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable Personal Assistant to support an 89-year-old lady in her own home. 

The role involves providing day to day support to help EHF1 remain comfortable, safe, and well cared for at home. Duties will include preparing lunches, which will mostly be hot meals provided in advance and stored in the fridge or freezer. These will need to be reheated using a microwave or air fryer. You will also assist with personal care including washing and changing incontinence pads and occasionally help with changing bed linen when required. All support must be delivered with sensitivity, dignity, and respect, with a strong focus on her comfort and wellbeing at all times. 

Weekday support will mainly involve evening calls to help her get ready for bed. 

The ideal candidate will be naturally caring, patient, and attentive, with a genuine understanding of the needs of an older person. You should feel comfortable providing personal care in a discreet and respectful manner. Previous experience in elderly care or a similar role would be welcomed but is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right person.

We are looking for a reliable, patient and empathetic male Personal Assistant to support an 18-year-old young man.
This is an active role involving a range of outdoor activities, including tennis and football. Someone energetic and able to actively take part in these activities would be well suited to this position.
Key responsibilities include building a positive and trusting relationship and acting as a consistent and supportive role model. The role also involves supporting SSN to access the community, including visits to parks and other recreational activities, and encouraging the development of independence, including road safety awareness and social confidence.
 
The young man has a developmental language disorder and learning difficulties. English as a first language would be beneficial but is not essential. A calm, understanding and encouraging personality is far more important.
A driving licence would be advantageous, though not required.
 
Occasional overnight respite support may be needed. However, this should not discourage applicants who meet the main requirements from applying.

The role involves providing supervision around the home to ensure safety whilst showering, etc. Companionship, lite meal preparation is expected. Help with small household tasks. WH1 has activities he attends every day. Transporting and supervising during these events are key elements of the position. WH1 has a keen interest in football, various genres of music, current events and books.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Current certified first aid training
· Their own car and full driving license
· Completion of a DBS check upon employment offer and satisfactory references
· A keen interest in befriending and helping the gentleman to fully engage in his activities
· Companionship and patience required

A job share may be considered for the right candidate.
