URGENT – are you an experienced childcare worker who has worked with SEND children? Do you have an up to date enhanced DBS and can start work immediately? We are open to this role being a temporary position for a few weeks if you’re looking for just a few weeks of work and can start immediately.

SEN Nanny (ref: MZE)

Experienced SEN nanny needed 6 hrs/day Mon to Fri the next two months, and 4 hrs/day after two months. There is some flexibility in the exact times, but it needs to be before 4 pm Mon to Fri.
Manual handling training and hoist experience is preferred.
MZE loves spending time with energetic and fun people and enjoys music, stories, swings, swimming, and trips.

The Nanny will support with –



Giving a shower

Getting dressed

Playing together

Reading books

Simple physio/OT exercises

Eye gaze experience and access to a car/driving license preferred.

Personal assistant/carer (ref: RJA)

Personal assistant/carer required to support a 14-year-old with complex needs. The family is looking for someone who can really get to know their child and be willing to engage with her on a social level as well as provide general care.
Personal care will include feeding, toileting and showering, general tidying, administration of medication, day trips when time allows
Moving and handling experience is beneficial, as is experience of recognising seizures and aspiration. Experience with gastrostomy feeding also advantageous but not essential.
Term time:
Minimum 3 mornings a week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) 7 am to 9 am
One or two afternoons a week (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday) 3 pm to 8/8.30 pm
Flexible hours around planned holiday activities

Nanny/Personal Assistant (ref: FSA)

FSA is a single mother of two lovely children and is based in Kingston Upon Thames, London. FSA lives with a chronic condition that is usually under control; however, it has deteriorated over the past year (due to some complications); therefore, it can hospitalize her at the very last minute or sometimes leave her weak and bed bound. FSA is looking for an extra pair of hands to join her wonderful family and provide childcare and personal assistance for herself.
FSA’s children are 4 and 9 years’ old. Expectations/ what FSA is looking for: FSA is looking for a hands-on, reliable, and trustworthy nanny. Someone who can offer flexibility in their role. During term times and school break.
Tasks will include; helping the children get ready for school and dropping them off and picking them up, helping them with bathing, dinner and homework if possible (but not an absolute must). Taking them to the park and activities outside school. Helping out with laundry, ironing, bedsheets changing once a week, cleaning, errands to the shop and meal preps. If FSA is taken ill during the shift, FSA will arrange to have a member of her family come over within 2 hours before or after the end of shift.

Support Worker (ref: KSI)



Support worker interested in music, dance and sports, and experience working with SEN kids, required for evenings and Saturdays in Surbiton, South West London, to support a young man with Downs Syndrome and learning difficulties. The support worker will help with trips out into the community and personal care. We are looking for a support worker with experience working with people with challenging behaviours.

Monday to Wednesday – 4 to 7 pm

Saturday – 10 – 4pm

Some Fridays – 9 to 3 pm

Working hours may change to mornings in school holidays.

11 year old girl with autism living in Teddington seeks fun-loving, reliable carer. She is looking for someone to support her to take part in activities at home and in the community such as playing in the park, painting, dancing and drawing. CLA is non-verbal and has some difficulties with social interaction; this can sometimes make her frustrated. Her carer will therefore need to have a patient and cheerful disposition. Experience of working with people with disabilities and children essential. 

Additional training available to reinforce methods used at school.

We are particularly looking for cover during the school holidays, 5 hours a day. There will be flexibility about shift times, which will be discussed at the interview.

PA/Carer required to support a delightful and affectionate autistic, non-verbal 14-year-old boy with sensory sensitivities and some challenging behaviours.

The PA/carer would be required to keep him company, accompany him, keep him safe on walks and trips, and be confident to help with bathing, toileting, and meal preparation.

We are looking for a flexible and understanding carer to support a woman with a brain injury. We are looking for someone who is available for the following shifts –

A personal assistant/carer is required to provide care and support for an 81-year-old woman with dementia and additional help for her husband with Parkinson’s Disease. Duties will include –

Personal Care

  • Dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and toileting.
  • Assisting with mobility – the carer will be sufficiently experienced to use a range of equipment to help with the client’s mobility, including portable or fixed hoists (electrically or manually operated) and slings.
  • Assisting with feeding – where necessary, using mechanical aids.
  • Skin and pressure area care
  • Giving medicines – complying with current best practice and health and safety requirements.
Housekeeping and Companionship
  • Providing basic companionship.
  • Preparing food and cooking simple meals – following any special diets.
  • Housework – keeping the client’s house clean and tidy. 
We are looking for a carer/personal assistant who is a non-smoker, fully COVID vaccinated and has an up to date enhanced DBS.
The working hours are between 7 am and 10 pm daily, and occasional periods during the night if necessary, with one day off each week. Your actual hours of work may vary day to day but will generally consist of time to complete the following activities including:
· 7 am: medication support
· 8 am: attend to breakfast, personal care and housekeeping
· Midday – 1 pm: attend to lunch and personal care
. 3pm: attend to personal care
· 6.30 pm: attend to supper
· 8 pm: personal care and bedtime routine
The pay will be £120 per day, and will automatically be enrolled into an occupational pension scheme. Holiday entitlement is 20 days holiday on a pro-rata basis.

Personal Assistant/Support Worker (ref: JSO)

New Malden


PA/Support Worker required to support visually impaired man in New Malden.

The PA would support trips out into the community, such as visits to the War Museum, toy military model shops, trips to the town centre and tandem riding. The PA would help JSO navigate his surroundings and provide thorough descriptions of what is around him.

Previous experience supporting visually impaired people would be ideal.

During term times, shifts will be 3 hours during the weekend. During holidays, 15 hours a week. We prefer someone who can be flexible with the specific days they can work, as sometimes hours can be transferred to the next week if JSO cannot go out.

Support Worker required to support a mum following a brain injury with after school care. The Support Worker will help and encourage JKL with household tasks and cooking. Male wheelchair user living in central Surbiton, highly independent, needs some practical domestic support in his flat twice a week up to a maximum of 4 hours. The flat is near local bus routes.
Duties are cleaning kitchen and bathroom area, sweeping, hoovering, changing bed linen, laundry and occasional ironing, taking our rubbish and recycling. Other practical assistance may be required in the flat from time to time.

This position is to work with a 48-year-old man who works full-time for local government in town planning. He needs a Personal “care” Assistant who can also work flexibly and to be hands on when required. No experience is required for this position as comprehensive training is provided: you will need to have common sense, be reliable, reasonably fit and healthy with a positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills.

Personal Assistants provide all personal care, domestic and practical support. The includes:

·         All personal care: dressing; bathing; going to the toilet, feeding, etc

·         A waking night shift (you must be able to wake easily – a recliner chair is provided to rest whilst on-call)

·         Light housework and practical tasks

Experienced Band 5 or 6 RGN nurses required for day roles to care for a 3-year-old girl in Kingston upon Thames.
