We are looking for an experienced and reliable Personal Assistant to support a bright and lively 16-year-old girl living in New Malden. The role involves both community-based and home-based support, providing care in a safe, structured, and fun way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying her on outings in the community, such as visits to parks and playgrounds.

  • Supervising her at home, for example while she is eating.

  • Assisting with personal care.

  • Setting clear and consistent boundaries while maintaining a positive and encouraging approach.

As she can occasionally display challenging behaviours, we are seeking someone patient, confident, and resilient, with a good sense of humour and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Hours of Work:

  • One shift of 3–4 hours per week, either at weekends or after school (flexible).

  • Potential for hours to increase in the future.

We are looking for a kind, energetic, and reliable person to support a young, 15 year old girl who thrives when surrounded by fun and enthusiastic people.
MZE enjoys music, stories, swings, swimming, and trips out so we’re hoping to find someone who will join in and share these moments with her. A big part of this role is not just about providing care, but about bringing joy, companionship, and creativity into everyday life.
Your day might include helping MZE with feeding, toileting, showering, and getting dressed, as well as spending time reading books, playing together, or supporting her through simple physio and OT exercises. Outings to the park, a swim, or a drive for a new adventure will also be part of the role.
Experience with eye gaze technology would be very helpful, and ideally, you’ll have a driving licence and access to a car so that you can support trips and outings. Training or experience in manual handling and using a hoist would also be a great advantage, though a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
We’re looking for someone patient, fun, and dependable — someone who will not only support MZE in her daily needs, but also help her enjoy the activities and moments that mean the most to her.

ABC family is looking for a part-time nanny to assist with care for a child with cerebral palsy. The ideal candidate will be warm and caring, focused, alert, with outstanding hygiene standards and some experience.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Personal care, including manual handling and changing
  • Using a hoist (training can be provided)
  • PEG feeding (training can be provided)
  • Gentle play and exercise

The ideal candidate would be someone with a background in/studying medicine, education or physiotherapy. However, a keen enthusiasm to learn and assist with care for a child with complex medical needs would be fantastic too!

We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Support Worker to support a 14-year-old non-verbal girl with taking her into the community to develop her social skills.
ITH likes playing ball games, companion cycling, going to the local playground and park. ITH also enjoys swimming so the ideal PA would be someone who likes going to swimming pool.
The job includes personal care as ITH is double incontinent.
Driving licence and a car would be beneficial for the role.

CLA1 is non-verbal and has some difficulties with social interaction; this can sometimes make her frustrated. Her carer will therefore need to have a patient and cheerful disposition. Experience of working with people with disabilities and children essential. 
CLA1 does require some help when going the toilets.

As RSH1 uses a special needs wheelchair, the PA will help him access the community, encouraging social interaction and meaningful experiences outside the home.
The successful candidate will be warm, patient, and caring, with a strong commitment to excellent hygiene. Experience working with children with additional needs is preferred, along with an understanding of how to support a child who communicates non-verbally.
