We are looking for an experienced and reliable Personal Assistant to support a bright and lively 16-year-old girl living in New Malden. The role involves both community-based and home-based support, providing care in a safe, structured, and positive environment. Support will include accompanying her on outings in the community, such as visits to parks and playgrounds, supervising at home during activities such as eating, assisting with personal care, and maintaining clear and consistent boundaries in a calm and encouraging way.

As there may occasionally be behaviours that challenge, the ideal person will be patient, confident, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure, with a positive approach and good sense of humour.

One shift of 3 to 4 hours per week is currently available, either at weekends or after school, with flexibility around days. There may be the possibility of additional hours in the future.

We are looking for a kind, energetic, and reliable person to support MZE, a fun and lively 15-year-old girl who thrives when surrounded by enthusiastic and positive people. MZE enjoys music, stories, swings, swimming, and trips out, so we are hoping to find someone who will enjoy joining in with these activities and sharing meaningful moments with her. This role is not only about providing care, but also about bringing companionship, creativity, and enjoyment into everyday life. Support will include helping with feeding, toileting, showering, dressing, simple physio and OT exercises, as well as reading books, playing together, and accompanying MZE on outings such as trips to the park, swimming, or drives out for new adventures.

Experience with eye gaze technology would be beneficial. Ideally, the candidate will have a driving licence and access to a car to support outings and activities. Training or experience in manual handling and using a hoist would also be an advantage, although a willingness to learn is equally valued.

We are looking for someone patient, dependable, and engaging, who will support MZE with daily needs while helping her enjoy the activities and experiences that are important to her.

Day and Time TBC – with potential for additional hours

ABC family is looking for a part-time nanny to assist with care for a child with cerebral palsy. The ideal candidate will be warm, caring, focused, alert, and have outstanding hygiene standards, along with some relevant experience. Responsibilities include personal care, including manual handling and changing, using a hoist (training can be provided), PEG feeding (training can be provided), and gentle play and exercise.

The ideal candidate would have a background in, or be studying, medicine, education, or physiotherapy. A keen enthusiasm to learn and assist with the care of a child with complex medical needs would also be highly valued.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Support Worker to support a 14-year-old non-verbal girl with taking her into the community to develop her social skills.
ITH likes playing ball games, companion cycling, going to the local playground and park. ITH also enjoys swimming so the ideal PA would be someone who likes going to swimming pool.
The job includes personal care as ITH is double incontinent.
Driving licence and a car would be beneficial for the role.

15 year old autistic girl with living in Teddington seeks fun-loving, reliable carer. She is looking for someone to support her to take part in activities at home and in the community such as playing in the park, painting, dancing and drawing.
