This position is to work with a 51-year-old man who works full-time for local government in town planning. He needs a Personal “care” Assistant who can also work flexibly and to be hands on when required. He enjoys good conversation, DIY, technology, theatre, music, cinema and being with family and friends. Your role is to assist the PA User to lead his life based on his individual choice.
 
No experience is required for this position as comprehensive training is provided: you will need to have common sense, be reliable, reasonably fit and healthy with a positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills.
 
Personal Assistants provide all personal care, domestic and practical support. The includes:
 
·         All personal care: dressing; bathing; going to the toilet, feeding, etc
 
·         A waking night shift (you must be able to wake easily – a recliner chair is provided to rest whilst on-call)
 
·         Light housework and practical tasks
 
Accompanying to visit friends, family, meetings, etc

We are looking for a companionship for a 19-year-old autistic man. DRA is looking for someone who can help him to develop social skills and build up his independence. The tasks will include going to cinema, support with local travelling or just spending time together having a conversation.

The ideal PA will be of a similar age to DRA and will have some experience in understanding autism.

Positive approach, willingness to learn and personality are most important for this role.

We are looking for 2 sit in female Carers/PAs for a friendly and calm 76-year-old lady. The PAs would work between 8am and 8pm from Tuesday to Sunday. The shifts can be flexible, and it can be arranged with the family. The tasks would involve giving medication, washing/ personal care, setting chosen TV channel on, playing quizzes, reading, being a companion, preparing food, light housework, going out to the garden (weather permitted) and attending church on Sundays (health and weather permitted).

We are looking for a PA for a disabled man with mobility & speech needs. Our client uses a manual wheelchair so the PA must be able to lift a wheelchair in & out of a car and help push the client in his wheelchair. Applicants must have a valid driving licence and be willing to drive an automatic car. Due to insurance restrictions, the PA must be over 25-year-old.


The responsibilities include daily everyday living assistance (cooking, shopping, cleaning etc.), gym & other appointments, encouraging active exercise, conversation, trips out, walking a small dog, attending group meetings.

There is a possibility to fit around school hours. However, summer working will still be required.

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to provide support and assistance to a 50-year-old man with brain injury and epilepsy.
This role involves helping DWO1 maintain freedom and independence whilst helping him with shopping, tidying his flat, going for a walk or short trips by public transport.
We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable PA.
Experience working with people with epilepsy and brain injury would be beneficial, but not essential as training for the right candidate will be provided.

We are looking for a female PA for a 22-year cheerful young lady to support her on Fridays and non-term time. The role will involve two-way conversations, reading books and taking SYI out to the community like local parks, libraries, day trips to London, horse riding lessons in Teddington, ice-skating in Streatham or swimming in New Malden.
SYI is autistic so someone experienced in working with autistic people and people with learning disabilities would be preferred.
The ideal PA will be caring, patient, calm and attentive, making sure SYI is safe when outside, i.e. traffic safety.
Driving license and a car would be beneficial.

Unique Job Number: BAL1 PA/ Support Worker

We are looking for a male PA for a 89-year-old gentleman to support him with getting washed, dressed, with toileting and assistance with accessing the stairs. 

The PA’s working hours would be between 8:30am and 10:30am and 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Previous care experience working with elderly people is essential for this role. However, training will be given for the right person. DBS can be done by the employer if you do not currently possess one.

Manual Handling training is essential for this role.

A full driving licence and a car would be beneficial.

Unique Job Number: KAM1 Driver/Personal Assistant/Support Worker

KCIL is looking for a PA who will help to look after two children. The PA would do a school run to and from the children’s school. The PA would pick the children up around 8am and collect them at 3:10pm.

The children are pupils at Cheam Common Juniors Academy and Cheam Common Infants Academy (they are at the same location).

On Wednesday after dropping the children off to school, you would also help KAM1 with personal care and meal preparation.

The PA would be flexible to cover occasional overtimes.
